- The MetroWest Daily News
reports that the new P.F. Chang's is finally open at the Natick
Collection. The restaurant chain, which opened the doors of its first
eatery in Scottsdale, Ariz., has made Natick home to its first suburban
location in Massachusetts (the company's two Boston locations can be
found at The Shops at Prudential Center and Park Plaza). The
restaurants, named after restaurant co-founders Paul Fleming and Philip
Chiang, specializes in a non-fast food and traditional approach to
Chinese food.
- The Natick restaurant seats 230
people, with a 16-seat bar that (shockingly for Natick) has a full
liquor license. Over the next 18 months, P.F. Chang's intends to open
another five restaurants throughout New England.
